Mr. Steffien heavily contributed to Del Taco’s expansive new unit growth by signing franchisees to the brand in such states as MI, CA, OR, TX, TN, SC, FL, GA, NJ & PA and guiding them through the critical site selection process tailoring the site criteria to their specific markets. He also played a role in Del Taco’s acquisition and disposition of real estate assets including a portfolio sale of 22 corporate stores that sold for approximately $30.0 Million.
