About Company

Tyson joined Trinity Partners’ Greenville office in 2024 to help grow the firm’s net lease retail investment brokerage pipeline. Representing investors and developers on the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant net lease transactions nationwide with a focus in the Southeast region. Tyson began his commercial real estate career in 2003 with The Shopping Center Group in Atlanta GA on their investment sales team and brokered approx. $130M of net lease retail deals. Relocated to Greenville SC in 2008 to start an investment sales and capital markets division for RealtyLink Development and brokered over 250 net lease retail deals totaling approx. $1.25B. Responsibilities over the years have included analyzing, researching, marketing and brokering commercial retail assets nationwide; generating offers and negotiating LOI’s with buyers, sellers and brokers; managing and growing business relationships and investment product; and sourcing debt and equity capital for commercial retail projects. Graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business Real Estate Program, licensed salesperson in South Carolina and Georgia, and CCIM Designee.
