Peter Deltondo serves as the Director of the Net Leased Investments Group specializing in Single-Tenant Retail Properties throughout the nation in the Newport Beach Office. Over the years, he has worked for National Companies under the Sale-Leaseback program and has also created a Reverse-Build-A-Suit scenario to help brands continue to expand. He graduated from The University of Fullerton California with a bachelor's of science and an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He began his career with the firm in December of 2006 and has continued to expand his business not only in Southern California but nationwide.
