Christian Tremblay is a vice president located in Northmarq’s Chicago office. Christian has closed more than $500 million in total transaction volume. Before Northmarq, Christian served as a director in Stan Johnson Company’s Chicago office. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Christian was a vice president with Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Net Lease Investment Sales Group. In this role, he was responsible for creating offering memorandums, business development, in depth investment analysis and assisting clients on both the buy and sell side. Christian graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. While there, he earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and a minor in information systems. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation and Real Estate Investment Association (REIA).
