Marc Mandel is the co-founder and Managing Principal of Forged Real Estate. Marc has over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and currently leads the team at Forged Real Estate with a focus on single-tenant, sale-leaseback, and small shopping center investment advisory services throughout the country. He has completed over 820 transactions throughout his career with a value of approximately $1.6 billion. Prior to founding Forged Real Estate, Marc previously was one of the leaders and top performers of the Net Lease Retail Practice at HFF and then at JLL through JLL’s acquisition of HFF in 2019. Marc is an experienced real estate sales professional who brings a unique and valuable perspective to deals due to his deep and multifaceted experience in this industry. He is able to evaluate assets from the perspectives of both property owners and tenants, in part because he began his career on the leasing side of the business with a focus on site selection for numerous national tenants, as well as landlord representation. He is well respected within the industry and greatly values the relationships he has made in this field over the years.
