Raymond started his career in 2008 after attaining his BA from the University of Michigan, and later his MBA with specialty in real estate and finance, from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. As a member of both the Net Leased Properties Group and the National Retail Group, Raymond earned the distinguished national Pace Setter Award in his first year as an investment sales agent. Over a decade later, Raymond boasts an extensive track record managing largescale national credit tenant portfolio transactions, 1031 exchanges, and sale-leasebacks for preferred developers, private investors, and institutions in over 40 states across the country.
