Yes. Under the images on the Homepage is a search bar where you can look up a property by partial or full address. Our system provides a drop down of any known address matches. There, you can also search by Tenant name, Broker or Location. Type slowly and look for matching results.

Net-Trade features exclusively Net Lease properties for sale. The property must be 100% leased to a single tenant.

Net-Trade provides “White Glove,” done-for-you onboarding services at no extra cost (it’s required). Listings are onboarded by our team of Net Lease specialists using the listing broker’s OMs as the key data source, then appending with property features, tenant profiles, location descriptions, maps and links.

Create an account. View available User Plans from your Account Dashboard- Select the plan that works best for you. After selecting a plan, follow the directions to send us your OMs for onboarding (Remember: ONLY single tenant Net Lease assets).

*Please note that you may be contacted by a Client Services Specialist if Net-Trade required data is missing from your OM. We will not be able to load your listing to the site until you provide the missing data, so please send it to us as soon as possible upon request.

All prices are charged based on the User Plan according to listing counts, per listing per month.

All listings will automatically be charged each month until sold/off market and will be removed from billing on the last day of the month in which the property was sold/off market.

Any new listing(s) that are added during a given month will be charged on the last day of the month in which the property was added.

Any changes in pricing tiers will be adjusted on the last day of the month. Your bill will reflect the new pricing tier at the start of the following month.

The Basic User plan shown in the Account Dashboard is for non-Listing Brokers. The $69 per month price is charged every month.

The charge includes the ability for Principal/Buyer Broker or 3rd Party service provider to complete a Professional Profile detailing their credentials, activity, and links to their Company Profile and Linkedin. Their Profile will be sent along with any inquiry they make to the Listing Broker as a professional introduction.
